We offer two distinct engagement models: The Touring Salon (We bring the experience to your boutique/venue) and The Private Commission (We create a bespoke performance for your private circle).
COLLECTION I: OSMARA MYTHOS (Traveling Salon)
A fully transportable, immersive olfactory installation designed for luxury retail environments, boutique hotels, and VIP suites.
1. The Mythos Salon (Touring) Investment: $45,000 – $55,000 (U.S.) | $75,000 – $90,000 (Intl) A traveling micro-environment for 6–8 guests, staged within your boutique or venue.
The Experience: A curated narrative of scent and story using independent fragrances paired with your brand’s artifacts.
Includes: Ambient sound design, printed playbills, and luxury guest decants/keepsakes.
Footprint: Designed for "White Glove" transport—compact setup with minimal production impact.
2. The Mythos Residency (Recurring) Investment: $95,000 – $120,000 (U.S.) | $120,000 – $150,000 (Intl) A seasonal or quarterly activation hosted at your flagship location.
The Strategy: Each performance features new pairings of fragrances and storylines curated to match your current seasonal collection.
Includes: Full Salon production plus travel, logistics, and storage of performance materials between seasons.
3. The Bespoke Collaboration Investment: $150,000 – $175,000 (U.S.) | $175,000 – $250,000 (Intl) A special edition Osmara created in close consultation with your Creative Direction team.
The Narrative: We weave your brand’s history into the olfactory storytelling.
The Legacy: Includes custom guest keepsakes and printed materials designed for your permanent archive.
COLLECTION II: OSMARA DIEGESIS (Private Showings)
The avant-garde performance cycle. Limited to 8 guests. Staged at the Scent Bytes Atelier or your Private Residence.
1. The Collectors’ Edition (Premiere) Investment: $110,000 – $125,000 The ultimate privilege: Be the first to experience a new Osmara Diegesis cycle.
The Performance: A live musical interpretation by the featured perfumer/artist.
The Artifacts: Guests receive signed playbills, the inaugural Osmara Archive magazine, limited-edition artworks, and the complete Patron’s Archive set (ceramics, glass sculpture).
The Legacy: The Commissioning Patron receives one-year "Atelier Access" and curation rights for archive pieces.
2. The Commissioned Cycle (Buyout) Investment: $75,000 – $95,000 A private buyout for up to 8 guests.
The Exclusivity: The constellation of scents, objects, and rituals presented is unique to this cycle and will never be repeated.
Includes: Live performance, signed bottles, and the complete Patron’s Archive set for all guests.
3. Per-Seat Tiered Access For smaller groups or non-exclusive bookings.
The Patron’s Edition ($7,500 – $10,000/guest): Includes all Ritual benefits plus signed artisan ceramics and full photo documentation.
The Ritual ($3,500 – $5,000/guest): Includes an additional sensory installation and extended decant collection.
The Archive ($2,000 – $2,500/guest): Entry to the four-act Osmara with curated keepsakes.
Booking & Partnership
Partnership Ranges listed above reflect "Venue/Brand Collaboration Credits" for approved partners. Please inquire for a custom proposal.
Lead Time:
Mythos (Traveling): Minimum 6 weeks.
Diegesis (Commission): Minimum 3–4 months.
Commitment to Excellence.
The first step in the Osmara Commission process. This non-refundable retainer secures your production window, initiates the creative design phase, and schedules your primary "Concept & Logistics" consultation.
The creation of an Osmara Mythos or Diegesis experience requires significant logistical coordination, sourcing of rare natural materials, and the immediate allocation of our design team.
This Retainer serves three purposes:
Calendar Security: It officially locks your preferred dates into our production schedule, removing them from availability for other clients.
Creative Commencement: It triggers the "Design Phase." Our team begins the custom narrative alignment, venue sourcing (if applicable), and technical rider preparation.
The First Touchpoint: Upon payment, you will receive a priority scheduling link for your Creative Direction Strategy Call (Virtual or In-Person) to begin the architectural planning of your commission.
Terms & Conditions:
Non-Refundable: Due to the immediate allocation of resources and staffing holds, this fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstance.
Credited Balance: This $5,000 payment is deducted from your final commission invoice. It is not an extra fee; it is your down payment.
Expiration: Commission production must be scheduled within 12 months of retainer payment.
By purchasing this retainer, you acknowledge that you are authorized to make executive decisions for your brand or estate and accept the non-refundable terms of engagement.
What Happens Next?
