We’re officially entering the testing phase of Osmara Living — beginning with Yên Stays, our calm, reliable mid-term housing project for traveling nurses, hospital staff, and families supporting loved ones in care.
This first chapter is intentional.
Slow.
Human-centered.
Yên Stays is our proof of concept:
that environments built with care, culture, and sensory intention can genuinely support people during some of the hardest seasons of their lives. Everything we learn here will shape the foundation of Osmara Living.

Yên Stays was created to provide steady, comforting housing for the people who care for others.
Traveling nurses, hospital staff, and patient families deserve a place that feels grounding — a space where they can rest, breathe, and focus on healing, working, or supporting someone they love. Our homes are quiet, furnished with intention, and move-in ready.
The Why Yên Stays
Yên Stays is shaped by our family history.
One of our founders comes from a Vietnamese refugee family who rebuilt their lives in the U.S. with the support of communities who offered safety and dignity. His sister later became a traveling nurse — someone who now gives that same care back to others wherever she’s needed.
This project brings those two experiences together:
the search for refuge, and the work of caring for others.
Yên Stays exists to offer the same sense of steadiness his parents once needed, and the kind of peaceful environment his sister looks for when she’s on assignment. It’s our way of giving back to the people who hold communities together.
Where Osmara Living is headed
Osmara Living will grow in phases — slow, thoughtful, community-rooted.
Each step is meant to build trust, demonstrate care, and show what living spaces can become when sensory well-being and cultural storytelling meet real-world needs.
Once Yên Stays is fully refined, we’ll begin expanding these services to a wider audience.
Our next project is a community “Suds & Snacks” space in the neighborhood we serve — a warm, essential hub built on accessibility, dignity, and everyday connection.
