    • Continue into Ritual (Tier I) within 14 days of delivery and your $3,500 becomes a credit

  • Delivery

    • Signature‑required delivery via FedEx or UPS. For Atlanta‑area members, hand delivery by an Atelier employee

  • Do you offer split payments?

    • No. Payment in full is required to begin the Discovery Quarter

  • How is my profile created?

    • Choose a 20‑minute Zoom with the atelier or complete the intake at your leisure. Curation begins only after the profile intake is complete

  • How long is my profile kept if I’m deciding?

    • We retain your profile for 15 days after delivery while you decide whether to continue into Ritual with your credit

  • What if one element misses?

    • You have 7 days to request a single, complimentary swap

  • Do you ship internationally?

    • Discovery and Ritual ship within the U.S. International arrangements are available through our elevated tiers
