In the Levant, my DNA ties me to the Canaanites of Tell el-Burak in Lebanon and the city-states of ancient Palestine — peoples who stood at the crossroads of empire, yet carried their identity forward.

Along the Nile, I connect to the Egyptians of Abusir el-Meleq, who lived through dynasties, foreign rulers, and resilience.
