TIER 1: ATLANTA (Local)

We drive to the venue.

  • Service Fee:$750 (Labor & Install).

  • Goods Policy: Rental Model. We retrieve diffusers/hardware upon checkout. Consumables (soaps/foods) are gifted.

  • Travel: Included within 15 miles of Brookhaven.

TIER 2: GLOBAL DEPLOYMENT (The Fly-Away)

We fly to your destination (NYC, Davos, Paris, etc.).

  • Service Fee:$2,500 (Base Install Fee).

  • Goods Policy: All diffusers, hardware, textiles, and amenities are billed to the client and can remain with the guest.

  • Travel: Round-trip Airfare + Accommodation billed separately before travel booking starts.

  • Timeline: We arrive 24 hours prior to VIP.

ADD-ON: THE "SHADOW" CONCIERGE (Residency)

Don't just set it and leave. Keep the vibe perfect.

  • Rate:$1,000 / Day.

  • Scope: The Scent Architect remains on-call in the same city/hotel.

    • Morning: Resetting the scent for "Focus/Energy" and stocking favs.

    • Evening: Transitioning the suite to "Deep Rest" (Turndown service, lighting adjustment, sleep scent diffusion).

    • Event Support: Scenting the VIP's green room or meeting space.

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Retainer ($1,500): Paid to secure the dates, amenities and begin logistics.

  2. Intake: We email a intake form to understand your client better.

    1. You view and approve plan.

      1. This must be done no later than 2 weeks before event. Please email if you need setup faster.

  3. Travel Invoice: Flights & Hotel billed within 48 hours. Bill must be paid prior booking.

  4. Procurement Invoice (The Goods): Billed 72 hours prior. Covers the purchase of diffusers, robes, and stock (clients favs).

  5. Balance: Remaining Service Fees + Day Rates billed Net 15
